The Response – Keeping the tight timelines in mind, Stratum adjusted our normal planning process for more of an ad hoc method to meet H&R Block needs and the pace of mobile development. Combined with the ad hoc planning, Stratum continuously broke down the root cause of repeated findings to educate all parties and elevate practices in order to keep findings out of future efforts.
The Results – Stratum’s agility in performing tests, often in windows where other vendors could barely get a proposal executed, and ability to push forward the overall mobile security program, led to becoming the preferred testing partner requested by product owners and development teams.
